Analytical Hypnotherapy Session Gets to the root cause of a
problem that may effect many aspects of your life e.g. weight control, depression, anxiety, IBS, stress, addictions, etc. 60 minutes per session.
Includes free CD** after the conclusion of your treatment, to aid the therapy you receive.

Suggestion Hypnotherapy Session Used to treat those issues that
don't really have any deep underlying anxiety causing them e.g. nail biting, fear of spiders, fear of public speaking, exam fears, etc. 60 minutes per session. Includes free CD** after the conclusion of your treatment, to aid the therapeutic suggestions.

Stop Smoking Hypnosis Program Initial session to discuss treatment program, assess client circumstances and commitment. Amount of sessions required thereafter depends on client circumstances, but is usually
two, making three in total. I believe each clients program should be tailored
to their individual circumstances, and do not use a one size fits all approach.
Includes free CD to reinforce the therapeutic suggestions you
recieve.
All sessions are approx. 60 mins unless
otherwise stated.
Main sessions may be carried out straight after the initial consultation
dependent on treatment required.
